爱豆社区 conducts operational assessments that are designed to analyze achievement, operational effectiveness, fiscal health and effective governance practices.聽 This process takes 5-10 days to complete the review, interview and analysis phase of the project and 2-3 weeks to complete the report writing phase.聽 A meeting with the board and leadership is also included to review the results of the assessment.聽 This process is highly beneficial to diagnose and troubleshoot underperformance, and can be done in anticipation of the strategic planning process or charter renewal.

Compliance Reviews
